  • Pastor Jeffrey Bateman

    Pastor of Open Door Baptist Church

    Pastor Jeffrey Bateman became the Senior Pastor of Open Door Baptist Church in 2021. As the leader of this ministry, he seeks to faithfully shepherd the church by preaching God’s Word, guiding with biblical wisdom, and helping believers grow in their relationship with Christ while reaching others with the Gospel. He also provides leadership and oversight for Lebanon Christian Academy, encouraging a Christ-centered education that supports students academically, spiritually, and personally as they are trained to serve the Lord.

  • Ben Harding

    Principal

    Ben Harding serves as the Principal of Lebanon Christian Academy. In this role, he provides leadership and guidance for students, teachers, and staff, helping to maintain a Christ-centered academic environment. He is committed to supporting academic excellence while also emphasizing spiritual growth, character development, and a biblical worldview in every area of school life. Through his leadership, Mr. Harding works to ensure that LCA remains a place where students are challenged to grow in both knowledge and their walk with the Lord.

  • Ben Bateman

    Student Life Director

    Ben Bateman serves as the Student Life Director at Lebanon Christian Academy. In this role, he helps oversee chapel services and discipleship opportunities that build community and encourage spiritual growth. He is passionate about creating a positive and Christ-centered school culture where students are encouraged to grow in their faith, develop strong character, and build meaningful relationships. Through his leadership, Mr. Bateman works to support students both inside and outside the classroom as they are shaped for Christian service.

    Office Manager

    As Office Manager, Krista oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of both Lebanon Christian Academy and Open Door Baptist Church. She assists students, parents, church members, and staff while helping ensure that both the school and church offices run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Sharon Dilworth

    Financial Manageer

    Sharon Dilworth serves as the Financial Manager for Open Door Baptist Church and Lebanon Christian Academy. She faithfully oversees the financial operations of both ministries, managing budgets, processing payments, maintaining financial records, and ensuring responsible stewardship of the resources God has entrusted to the church and school.

  • Arleigh Spackman

    Social Media Director

    Arleigh Spackman serves as the Social Media Director for Open Door Baptist Church and Lebanon Christian Academy. She oversees the digital presence of both ministries by creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, promoting upcoming events, and sharing the message of Christ with the church, school, and surrounding community. She also assists with website management, graphic design, photography, and digital communications to help keep families informed and connected.
