Absense/Tardy Form

Absences

Excused or unexcused, may not exceed 30 days. In Junior/Senior High, missed class periods may not exceed 30 days for full credit courses or 15 days for half credit courses.

Tardies

On time arrival is expected for every day of school. Three tardies will be counted as one absence. Consistent tardiness will be addressed by the school board, and may lead to dismissal from LCA.

Make up Work

Students are expected to make up all incomplete work within one week of returning to school. Failure to do so will result in zeros for the assignments, but will not exempt the student from completing the work.
