Invest your Pennsylvania tax dollars in

Christian Education!

Dr. Robert Mayer and Open Door Baptist Church started LCA in 1978 to provide Godly education and Biblical training for the children of Lebanon County. For more than 43 years LCA has stood for the traditional values and conservative philosophies outlined in God's Word, the Bible.

Your Business can help us make this Christian education and Biblical training more affordable for the students of Lebanon County through the Pennsylvania Improvement Educational Tax Credit Program ( EITC) program. EITC allows businesses to support the non-public school of their choice by providing tuition assistance to qualifying families and at the same benefit from the tax deductions.

How It Works

When the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) approves your business to contribute through the EITC program, you can commit to contribute for one or two years.  Your  business will receive 75% of your contribution as a tax credit for a one year commitment, and 90% when your business commits to two years. Because donations are also reported in the federal taxes, businesses can often get additional tax deductions for their contribution. For example, if your business gives $10,000 and commits to two years your Pennsylvania tax deduction will be $9,000. If your business commits for one year your state tax credit will then be $7,500.

A business firm may receive a tax credit equal to 100% of the first $10,000 contributed to a Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Organization during the taxable year, and may receive a tax credit equal to 90% of any additional amount contributed during the taxable year, up to a maximum of $200,000 per taxable year. Agreeing to a two-year commitment will have no impact on the tax credit calculations outlined in this section.

Lebanon Christian Academy will take care of the application and the entire process for you, so all you have to do is invest in the lives of our students by donating to our school.
